Your order is complete by contract when Mega Kites complete the payment transaction and payment has been accepted. Until then Mega Kites reserves the right to refuse your order OR not accept your order.

 

If you use a differing delivery address Mega Kites reserves the right to contact the card holder to confirm acknowledgement of the order

 

All information, delivery charges and pricing is correct at the time of publishing.

All items are subject to availability and delivered direct the delivery address.

Every effort is made to make sure all products relate to the actual product; however we cannot accept responsibility in the reduction of colour caused by your monitor resolutions.

Mega Kites reserve the right to alter the specification of products as necessary and offer an equivalent or better product should your selected item be discontinued, out of stock or unavailable.

If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item(s) right to cancel.

If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail or phone as soon as is deemed as a responsible time.

If your cancellation request is received after the items have been despatched, please return the goods to us indicating whether you require an exchange or refund. This is covered under the long distance selling law, you have a right to return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving them

 

All goods are subject to availability and the details given are as accurate and complete as possible.  Please note that all prices on the website are for on-line purchases only and may not be matched on telephone or mail order sales.

VAT is set at the nominal rate and is subject to change without notice.  If this occurs you will be requested to reconfirm your order at the altered price.

Errors, information and pricing mistakes are omitted from any order.

All liability with Mega Kites, Atlantic Hosting Services Ltd and any other companies within the association of Atlantic Hosting Services is dismissed once your order has been despatched. The companies involved assumes that you will read all available instructions and where possible seek advise with regards to Kite Flying and the accessories available form this site and that you will act in a responsible manner when using your chosen item
